Shipping Policy

IF YOU PLACE AN ORDER ONLINE, IT MUST BE SHIPPED TO YOU, WE DO NOT OFFER IN STORE PICKUP.

At this time, 1st Choice Virgin Hair, LLC ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, 1st Choice Virgin Hair, LLC ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

Orders take between 6-8 business days to arrive after payment is processed and received. International shipping (orders outside of USA) will take 10-12 business days after payment is processed and received. Please add 1-2 business days for payment processing. Your billing address MUST match your shipping address in order for us to ship your order. Orders with different billing and shipping addresses will be cancelled and refunded.

Wig Delivery: Shipping is 10 business days after your payment has been processed for all wig units.

1st Choice ONLY use USPS Priority Mail® with required signature confirmation to ship all orders. You will receive a USPS tracking number once your order has been SHIPPED. We are not responsible for lost/stolen/undeliverable orders. Please double check your shipping address. If you do not receive your order once shipped, we will help you contact USPS to try and resolve the issue but we are not liable for lost/stolen/undeliverable packages.

International Shipping

Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. 1st Choice Virgin Hair, LLC is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.
